I’m a successful businesswoman and a social & political activist. I belong to an affluent family in Italy. I did my schooling in Italy and graduate from Milan Polytechnic. After that, I work in various organizations and have also been actively involve in political and social activities.

  • Tell us something about the social activities that you are associated with?

I was strongly incline to social work because I want to support small Entrepreneurs in their business growth. I start a nonprofit organization- GLAM-UR 6 Onlus to support small entrepreneurs. The association conduct various fundraising programs to raise funds for commercial operators and entrepreneurs. Through our first project, we raise 10,000 euros for 15 disadvantage families in Siderno.

  • What, according to you, can make your country more competitive than other countries?

I believe that we all live in culturally depress territories that affect our society in several ways. The cultural baggage that a man carries is his greatest wealth because it gives him the strength to be loyal, honest, and patient. I think politics can play a crucial role in uplifting our country. Politics must assume additional responsibilities to create a healthy ruling class that is competitive with other European countries.

  • As you said that politics could play a significant role in uplifting a country, could you elaborate on how politics can break the vicious cycle?

As we all know that culture requires a significant amount of investment, especially by politicians. So, politicians must undertake additional responsibilities that are mostly carrie over by schools, families, and the ruling class in develop countries. It’s important to intervene immediately to remove the defects and contribute to creating a capable ruling class.

  • You also started writing your autobiography? Could you tell me something about that?

There is nothing much that I can tell you about the book that introduces my life. Yes, I decide to write my autobiography in 2014. However, due to my busy schedule and future plans, I could not get time to work on it. So, I stopp working on it.

  • What are your future plans? Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

Over the past 2 years, I have been completely focus on my business. I have been making efforts to promote and grow MAS. In the next five years, I plan to open branches of MAS in different countries and make it a famous brand across the world.

  • Is it easy to become an entrepreneur?

Yes, it’s easy to become an entrepreneur, but not everyone has the ability to become a successful entrepreneur. Successful entrepreneurs have the capability to take challenges and solve them. In addition, they also have the ability to persist.

  • Could you name a few books that motivate you as an entrepreneur?

I love to read motivational books. There are a few books that inspired me in my life, Jole Figliomeni especially The Money Master by John Master and Start With Why by Simon Sinek.

  • What do you think about young people becoming entrepreneurs?

I think that entrepreneurship rewards those people who think big. It’s the best option for those who aspire to be free.

  • What does it take to make your business successful?

I firmly believe that perseverance and a hungry attitude are vital for success. You cannot achieve success unless and until you have the hunger to achieve something.
