The more manageable Panther Course has a total yardage of 6,427 when played from the back tees. Because of the deep Bermuda rough, this course is particularly harsh on wayward tee shots, since it is difficult to play out of the rough and get back into play. The golf course is equipped with a multitude of treacherous pot bunkers and smoother putting surfaces. The LPGA Tour Qualifier is a yearly event that is jointly hosted by the Bobcat and the Panther.
Jupiter Hills Club
The Hills Course at Jupiter Hills Club in Tequesta has a total of 7,344 yards of play. While the Village Course features 6,812 yards in length. The Village Course is known for both its peaceful atmosphere and its intense difficulty. In a state with such a low average elevation, the Hills Course features significant elevation variations totaling 80 feet. But it didn’t stop the designer George Fazio from continuing to challenge the elements there.
